Ingredients :
Carrot - 4
Sugar - as needed
Ginger - small piece
Lemon - 1/2
Lemon - 1/2
Ice cubes - 2 - 3 (optional)
Water - as required
Preparation :
- Wash and clean the carrots and slice them in a small rounded pieces.
- Remove the head and tail parts of the carrots.
- In a blender, add sliced carrots, sugar, ginger, ice cubes and blend it well.
- Add water as required and blend it again.
- Strain using a metal strainer or juice strainer.
- Squeeze lemon to the carrot juice extracted and mix it well then serve immediately.
