Cooking : Raw banana fry / Valakkai fry

- Raw banana - 1 no
- Chilli Powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Preparation :
Wash and remove the outer skin from the raw banana and cut it in the round thick(3mm approx.) pieces.
Take a bowl and add chill powder, coriander powder, garam masala
powder, salt ,raw banana pieces and sprinkle little water on it and mix well.
Use Pan or Kadai, Heat oil and put the marinated raw banana pieces and fry it well until becomes golden brown color.
Super raw banana fry is ready to eat now. You can have this with rice
as side dish and good to have as evening snack with coffee/tea.
